Our house ang guesthouse is located on a 17-hectare property with a jungle, its own spring, a small waterfall, many animals, and wonderful plants. It also has a guesthouse and a separate house. It is fully furnished. The guest rooms have TVs and Wi-Fi, some with air conditioning, some with fans, and bathrooms with hot tubs. Both have terraces and ample parking. Since we have our own water, we have a natural pool and a large pond with koi and other ornamental fish. Our house has a large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storage room, a laundry terrace, and a bodega. It also has internet and cable TV. Since we are independent of water, our monthly costs for electricity, cable TV, and internet are only approximately $150-170. Due to our age, we are selling our little paradise.
